Chetan Satasiya, Founder & CTO of Digital Leap
Chetan founded Digital Leap in 2019 after seven years of building WordPress products for agencies and product companies. As CTO he still leads the technical side of the business: he shapes the architecture of every major build, reviews the code that goes to production and makes sure each website is fast, secure and ready to grow.
His career began in 2012 as a web developer in Ahmedabad and grew through senior engineering roles at Multidots and Kudos Intech. From 2018 to 2026 he worked at BuddyBoss, rising from backend developer to lead senior WordPress developer and then Technical Architect, designing community and e-learning platforms for large membership sites. The biggest platform he has engineered is a community and online shop serving more than 10 million followers.
Chetan also gives back to the open-source software the agency is built on. He has contributed code to six WordPress core releases (4.7 to 5.4), worked with the BuddyPress, Meta and Documentation teams, spoken at WordCamp and edits the Gujarati translation of WordPress. Because he also runs his own e-commerce brands, he understands what a website has to do for a business, not just how to code it.
